Membership and Passes

We have different options to fit your family’s needs: drop-in day pass, monthly membership, punch card passes (available in the store only).

A drop-in day pass includes all of the activities on the calendar that day (unless indicated otherwise). You can play in the morning, go home for lunch or nap and return later!

Babies four months old and younger are free until they’re five months old.

Our Monthly Membership, which gives you anytime access to our play space and all activities (unless indicated otherwise), is $115 + tax. If you choose not to purchase a membership, drop-in passes are $20 + tax. One child families receive a 25% discount on monthly memberships and drop in passes.

Our Infant Membership is for our youngest friends until their first birthday. For $50 + tax a month, your baby and you will have anytime access to our play space and our activities (unless otherwise indicated). Babies four months and younger are free until they’re five months old.

Play space memberships include:

• Unlimited access during open hours
• One coffee or tea on us at each visit (per family)
• 15% discount on private events during the current membership period
• 5% discount on most retail items in boutique
• Waived registration fee for co-working space/childcare (launches in February 2017)
• An amazing community of parents and families

*No registration fee; auto-recurring billing (except infant membership); monthly membership requires a minimum 6-month commitment; cancellation before six-month commitment is met requires a $50 cancellation fee; to cancel, please contact us no less than three days prior to billing.

Professional Membership

We all know that sometimes a change of environment can shake things up in a positive way and encourages additional exploration and discovery for children in therapy. Licensed and credentialed physical and occupational therapists and speech language pathologists are welcome to hold therapy sessions at Roo’s World of Discovery during open weekday hours. There is a private therapy room for consultations (available by reservation) and the rest of the play and learning space is always available to credentialed therapists with clients. All of the toys and materials in Roo’s World were selected carefully with input from therapists so that each serves a specific purpose to support physical, occupational and language development.

Therapists whose clients’ hold a Roo’s World membership are welcome to come anytime with the member family. Therapists who wish to hold therapy sessions at Roo’s World with families who do not hold a membership can buy an annual membership which includes:

• Unlimited access during open weekday hours with clients (families are welcome to stay beyond their therapy session that day but once have left must pay to re-enter; children must be accompanied by an adult at all times)
• Access to a private therapy room (with a reservation)
• One coffee or tea on us per day
